ROOF ALERT ™ IS A ROOF-MONITORING SYSTEM, DEVELOPED BY LRC SERVICES, THAT NOTIFIES CLIENTS WHEN SEVERE WEATHER HAS AFFECTED THEIR PROPERTY AND OTHER REAL ESTATE ASSETS.
"In my many years as a forensic meteorologist, the majority of time, property owners file a claim for damages as a result of severe weather, yet they don’t know the exact date of when the property received damages."
- Rocco Calaci, Chief Meteorologist

REAL TIME MONITORING
Due to issues with fighting fraud, insurance companies must insist on concise and accurate information on all claims, including dates of loss. This information is the responsibility of the property owner, not the insurance company.

RELIABLE DATA
Once the Roof Alert team determines that severe weather occurred, we download the appropriate NEXRAD weather radar data from the various radar sites and perform a manual analysis of weather conditions to ensure a thorough, in-depth look at each individual severe weather event.
Roof Alert™ monitors severe weather occurrences on a daily basis, across the continental United States. Whenever severe weather occurs, Roof Alert™ evaluates the situation and determines the precise locations affected by the severe weather. This information is substantiated through use of radar, satellite, surface observations and reports from the NOAA Storm Prediction Center (SPC).
Once the area affected by severe weather is analyzed, the appropriate Roof Alert™ clients will be notified. This notification allows property owners to take proactive steps to perform a real-time building inspection in order to assess whether or not substantial damage occurred.
